SCHEDULE YOUR FREE INTRO CLASS

As a sports medicine clinic and a gym, our approach is unique.  If you are in pain, we have the answers to help you take steps towards your goals.  If you are ready to train, we will sit down with you and establish goals that will help you become better than before!  After a tour of our facility, our prospective clients generally have a few questions:  

  • Do I have to be a patient at Focus On Health to join the gym?

  • What are the benefits of training at the Movement Lab vs other gyms?

  • How often should I train?

  • Should I consider small group personal training or 1:1 personal training?

We will answer these questions and more! After class we will meet with you to determine the next best steps based on your goals, needs and fitness level. 

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • One of our coaches will give you a tour and answer any questions you have.

  • Our classes are 45 minutes long and include, warm up, movement prep and strength training. 

  • Our small group setting allows us to cater to all levels of participant 

  • If you have any specific areas of concern please let us know
